Annual Fund

MCLA’a annual giving program includes unrestricted gifts made by alumni, parents, and friends of the College on a fiscal year cycle. The MCLA fiscal year runs from July 1 through June 30. Giving to the Annual Fund is the most direct way to support MCLA. The Annual Fund helps to fund many critical areas including financial aid.

Gifts to the Annual Fund can be of any amount. What is most important is participation. Every gift to the Annual Fund is a “vote” of confidence for MCLA. Other funders such as foundations, charitable organizations, and corporations look at this when considering grant requests.

There are many ways to make a gift to the Annual Fund:

Over 1,000 companies in the United States match gifts made by their employees (and frequently their spouses/partners) to a college or university, usually dollar for dollar. Some companies even double or triple the gift. This is a wonderful way to increase your gift to MCLA. If you or your spouse qualifies for a matching gift, please obtain the appropriate form from your company and mail it in with your gift.
