Q17 Can I use my home email account for online course work? No. MCLA will provide you with a College email account. There is also an email system built into each of our Web based courseware systems. Q18 How do I get the login information for my online course account? For those using the Blackboard Vista system, your username and password will be identical to the login information for your MCLANet ID and password (also used for First Class). See also the next question. Q19 How do I get the login information for my MCLA email account? You may - Come to the Help Desk in Mark Hopkins with a current MCLA ID card
- Contact the Help Desk by phone (413-662-5276) or email (helpdesk@mcla.edu) and request that it be mailed to the address listed in for you in the Registrar’s records.
- Students taking courses considered to be fully on line will have information on how to obtain an MCLANet ID mailed to their home address around a week before the start of the course.
