How do I register for an online course?
Step 1: Print registration form available at the website http://www.mcla.edu/Academics/ or call Registrar’s Office for forms to be sent to you.
 
Step2: Mail or fax the completed form to the Registrar’s Office. The mail should be addressed to Registrar, Eldridge Hall, 375 Church Street, North Adams, MA 01247.  The office fax number is  (413) 662-5095.

How do I withdraw from an online course?
Matriculated students:  Obtain an Add/Drop form and contact your instructor for a signature to withdraw prior to the withdrawal deadline.  Your advisor must also sign the form and then it should be sent to the Registrar’s Office.  Mail or fax the completed form to the Registrar’s Office.
Non-Matriculated students:  Complete an Add/Drop form with your instructor's signature and mail or fax the completed form to the Registrar's office.

How am I billed for an online  course?
For courses taken during the regular fall and spring semesters, the Bursar will generate a bill and mail it to you.

During the summer session payment must be made at time of registration.

You can

  • mail in payment or
  • include credit card information on the registration form.
