If you attended last summer's Leadership Academy or contacted Annette Allen in the Education Department, an application has been mailed to you and you do not need to download the above mentioned file.

New Reciprocity Information:
We are pleased to announce that MCLA and New York State have completed a review of the MCLA program leading to administrative certification. The result of the review is that the 30-credit (including internship) program offered during the academic year and/or in the summer Leadership Academy will be accepted under the reciprocity pathway for New York State School Building Leader certification.
