Freshmen Placement Testing

Currently enrolled students will have the opportunity to placement tests in modern language and Computer Technology Problem Solving (CCCL 100) during the Add/Drop period and prior to registering for the the subsequent semester. Based on these results, students may be placed in a 101 or 102 level of modern language and the CCCL 100 course.

Student who demonstrate proficiency in modern language at the 102 level are waived of the College's modern language requierment. Students who demonstrate a proficiency in MIcrosoft Office Suite, including sections on Word, Access, Excel and Power Point are waived of the College's Compter Technology Problem Solving Requierment. Students who are waived of either modern language or the compter technology problem solving requierment, do not receive credit for the course(s), but are allowed to earn these credits in other areas.
