Adult Basic Education (ABE)

HOW TO ENROLL

Tuesdays at noon or by appointment

Meet with the, ABE /GED / ESOL / TECH Coordinator, to complete enrollment process. At that time, the student completes the enrollment form, establishes their academic goals and takes a brief placement test. The student also receives a program handbook. All classes and books are free including: access to computers, some campus facilities and events, career counseling, disability accommodations and support. Once students complete the Enrollment meeting students also participate in a Orientation Meeting, The Orientation Sessions are held on Tuesdays fron 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. and on Thursdays from 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Students will schedule an Orientation Lab at the Enrollment meeting.

Northern Berkshire Adult Basic Education Program is administered by the Learning Services Center @ Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts. All classes FREE to students; funded by the Massachusetts Department of Education.
